1.Order Units

【Basic】 The basic order method allows you to order in units of 100 pieces per type. (Some products are excluded)

Bonbon Chocolat:
100 pieces per carton (20 pieces x 5 packs)

Confiserie chocolatée:
Orangette: 1.9 kg per carton (380 pieces x 5 packs)
Pearl Products: 1 kg per carton (500 g x 2 bags)

【Assortment】 An assortment set that combines 5 popular types of Bonbon Chocolat in units of 20 pieces per carton. Each gift box is shipped and delivered as 20 sets per carton.

Bonbon Chocolat:

The combination of 5 types of Bonbon Chocolat is available in two sets: Set A and Set B.

Set A:

Passion, Bergamote, Caramel Salé, Mexique, Palet d’Argent

Set B:

Passion, Yuzu, Earl Grey, Ghana, Palet Fraise

The gift boxes are available in four types: Set A and Set B.

2.Delivery Condition

Basic and Assortment: Frozen

3.Storage Method

Basic and Assortment: 18 months after production (frozen storage), 2 months after defrosting (room temperature storage)

4.Defrosting Method
Do not open the packaging.

Defrosting by Carton: Store in a dry, cool, dark place at 15-19°C for about 24 hours.

Defrosting by Pack or Aluminum Bag: Store in a dry, cool, dark place at 15-19°C for about 3 hours.

5.Storage Precautions
  • If the storage temperature is high, the surface of the chocolate may become oily when it cools and hardens.
  • If there is a large temperature difference when opening (approximately 8°C), condensation may form on the surface of the chocolate, causing it to turn white. This does not affect the quality of the chocolate.
6.Published Information
  • CACHALOT chocolate products are handmade one by one at our own factory, so there may be slight differences in size, weight, and color as listed in the catalog (WEB).
  • Specifications and designs may change without notice.
  • The lineup of CACHALOT chocolate products is announced around summer every year.
